What we collect
If you submit the contact form, we store what you typed: your business, email, team size, current systems, what's breaking, timeline, and budget range. That's it. There is no account system on this site, and the demos never ask for an email — so if you only browse, the form section of this policy doesn't apply to you.

Analytics
We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool, to count page visits in aggregate — which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from. It sets no cookies, builds no personal profiles, and doesn't follow you to other sites. We can see that a page was visited; we can't see that you visited it.

What we do with form data
Form submissions go to Viviana so she can reply to you. They're stored in our database for that purpose and no other. We don't add you to a mailing list, and there is no newsletter to add you to.

What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't run ad pixels or third-party trackers on this site. If that ever changes — it isn't planned — this page will change first and say so in plain language.

Your data, your call
Want to see what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email hello@telaia.com and it'll be handled by a person, not a request portal. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days, usually much faster.
