Telaia Studio
Most of your system already exists. We build the part that's yours.
I'm Viviana. I built Telaia's modules to run my own companies first — a dinnerware manufacturer and restaurant operations — because nothing off the shelf fit how we actually worked. The studio is where I do the same for you: your process, built on parts that already run seven live systems. It starts with a free walkthrough of your operation, one on one.
Who it's for
Businesses with one process that fits nobody's software.
Coffee roasters
Wholesale ordering, roast planning, café portals.
Equipment service
Machine histories, contract maintenance, dispatch boards — the work that became Premium OS.
Construction
Project cost control and purchase approvals — in Spanish, if that's the language your crew works in.
Manufacturers
Production planning tied to real orders, inventory that matches the shelf.
Restaurant groups
The workflow Restaurant OS doesn't cover yet — commissary runs, franchise reporting.
Wholesale & distribution
Price lists, customer order portals, delivery runs.
How it works
Four phases, no mystery.
- 0160–90 minutes
The walkthrough
Free, one on one. We map how the work actually flows and what already exists in Telaia — together, on a call or on site.
- 021 week
Blueprint
A clickable demo of your system — your words, your roles, your sample data — before any production code gets written.
- 034–12 weeks
Build
Sprints against a tracker you can open any day. Working software every sprint, not a big reveal at the end.
- 04Ongoing
Run
We host it, monitor it, fix it, and keep improving it on a monthly retainer.
Why it's faster
We don't start from zero, so you don't pay for zero.
What we build new is the part no product ships: your pricing logic, your approval chain, your production math. That's a smaller job than "custom software" sounds — which is why the timelines read in weeks, not quarters.
- 01
Working parts on day one
Auth, imports and dashboards come from the platform — already in production elsewhere.
- 02
A demo before a build contract
Blueprint puts a clickable version of your system in your hands before the build starts.
- 03
Small on purpose
You talk to the person who writes the code. One field-service build is mid-delivery right now; the studio takes a few systems at a time, and I'll tell you plainly if the queue is full.
Studio work
Four systems in production.
What it costs
It starts at nothing. The rest follows a conversation.
The walkthrough
Free
60–90 minutes · one-on-one
No fee, no invoice, nothing credited against anything. We go through your operation together and you keep the map we draw, whatever you decide next.
The build
Build pricing follows a conversation. After the walkthrough you get a fixed quote for a defined scope — written down in plain language, not an hourly meter left running.
If you'd rather start by poking around the demos, or by reading how a build actually runs, start there. The walkthrough will still be free when you're ready.
