Alderfield · Dispatch, captured from the live demo

We're building this now.

One field-service company has signed, and their system is mid-delivery — what ships is shaped by their crews, not a whiteboard. The Alderfield demo below is real and clickable: it's the product taking shape.
There's no waitlist form. Booking a call is the waitlist.

The problem

The failure modes we're building against

The machine's history is in a veteran's memory

Which compressor was replaced, when, under whose warranty — it's known, but not written anywhere findable.

Contracts promise visits that never get scheduled

The agreement says quarterly maintenance. The calendar says whenever someone remembers.

Dispatch finds the conflict when the truck is en route

The right skills, the right parts and the travel time were all knowable before the job was assigned.

Customers call because they can't see anything

Every status update is a phone call your office has to answer.

What's inside

What we're building

  • 01

    Asset registry

Every machine, every visit, every part — the full history in one record.

  • 02

    Contract-generated maintenance

A contract with quarterly service in it schedules its own visits.

  • 03

    Constraint-aware dispatch

Jobs assigned against the constraints that actually bind: skills, parts on the truck, travel.

  • 04

    Technician mobile app

A companion app for crews in the field. App-store availability comes with the product.

  • 05

    Customer portal

Customers see their machines, visits and reports without calling your office.

Alderfield is real, and you can click it

Alderfield Service Group is our fictional field-service company, and its demo runs on the actual product as it stands today. It services the espresso machines at Coppervane, our restaurant demo — the systems interlock on purpose.

No form. No email. Click and you're inside.

Early-access pricing

What it costs

Early access means the numbers are ranges, the roadmap is visible, and you talk directly to the people building it.

Implementation build

$12,000 – $18,000

one-time, scoped to your fleet and contracts

Then

$600 – $900 /mo

the range narrows once we've scoped your operation

Your first 30 days

How early access works

  1. 01

    Book a call

That's the waitlist. Tell us about your fleet, your contracts and your crews.

  2. 02

    We scope together

We map your machines and agreements against what's built and what's mid-build.

  3. 03

    You join the queue

If it fits, you get a scoped plan with both numbers fixed before anything starts.

Questions we actually get

When does it ship?

When the first client's system is running in the field. We're mid-delivery now; early-access clients queue behind it. We'll give you a real timeline on the call, not a date on a website.

What does early access actually mean?

Prices are ranges until scoped, the roadmap is visible, and your operation shapes what gets built next. You also talk directly to the builders.

Who owns the data?

You do — machine histories, contracts, visit records. Everything exports to CSV.

What if we cancel?

After go-live the monthly fee is month to month, and you leave with a full export of your records.

Is the demo the finished product?

No, and we won't pretend it is. It's the product as it stands: some of what's on this page is in the demo today, some is mid-build.

The waitlist is a conversation.

Book a call. We'll show what exists today, what's mid-build, and where your operation would fit.
