The problem

How training actually fails

The course lives in one veteran's head

When your best trainer is on shift, training happens. When they quit, it leaves with them.

Writing it down takes weeks nobody has

Everyone agrees the manual should exist. It's been 'in progress' for two years.

Half the team trains in their second language

The materials are in English; part of the crew works in Spanish. Comprehension is assumed, not checked.

The audit asks for records you don't have

Certifications live in a drawer and expiry dates live nowhere. The auditor's email is a fire drill.

The pipeline

From recording to course in four steps

  1. 01

    Upload

    Drop in a recording — a training session, a walkthrough, a call.

  2. 02

    Chapters

It's cut into titled chapters with summaries.

  3. 03

    Quiz

A quiz is drafted from what the chapters actually say.

  4. 04

    Flashcards

Spaced-repetition cards keep it remembered weeks later.

You review and edit every step before anything reaches a learner.

A course built from a single recording: titled chapters, summaries and a drafted quiz.

What's inside

Beyond the pipeline

  • Adaptive paths

Learners skip what they can already prove and slow down where they miss.

  • Bilingual courses

Genuinely bilingual English/Spanish — both versions maintained side by side, not machine-dumped.

  • Compliance & certification registers

Who is certified for what, and exactly when it expires.

  • Audit exports

Completion and certification records export the day the auditor asks.

Questions we actually get

Who owns the recordings and courses?

You do. Your recordings, the courses made from them and every learner record are yours to export at any time.

Does the AI publish anything on its own?

No. Chapters, quizzes and flashcards are drafts until a person approves them. Nothing reaches a learner unreviewed.

What happens if we cancel?

Month to month. You leave with your content and complete training records — including the compliance registers.

How real is the bilingual part?

English and Spanish versions live side by side and are edited separately. It's built for teams that genuinely work in both, not a translate button.

Who supports it?

A small team in Vancouver, often the people who built it. You won't be routed through tiers.

Bring one recording to the call.

Thirty minutes. We'll run your own material through the pipeline and you can judge the chapters yourself.
