The problem

The week this replaces

Food cost is three weeks stale

Plate margin gets computed after month-end, when the menu decisions it should have shaped are already made.

Every platform has its own tablet

Uber Eats, DoorDash and Skip each report in their own dashboard, and none of them match the bank deposit on their own.

Reviews wait for a quiet moment

Google and Yelp reviews get answered when someone remembers — usually the angry ones, days late.

Growth raises the software bill

Per-location pricing means store five costs as much to license as store one. Opening a location shouldn't trigger a renegotiation.

Questions we actually get

Who owns the data?

You do. Every table exports to CSV from inside the app — any time, no request needed.

What happens if we cancel?

It's month to month. Cancel from the app, take a full export with you, and nothing is held back.

Is the price really flat?

Yes. Locations never change the number. The only variables are seats beyond the included 3 ($49/mo each) and optional add-ons.

Who answers when something breaks?

A small team in Vancouver — often the person who built the module. There's no tiered ticket maze to climb.

Are all the integrations live-sync?

Almost. Skip comes in as a weekly import rather than a live feed. Everything else syncs continuously.
