Dispatch by group chat, machine history by memory, contract maintenance by hope. Now every machine has a record, maintenance generates itself from contracts, and invoices follow the work.

What was broken

Jobs were dispatched over phone calls and a group chat. Which technician had touched which machine — and what they'd found — lived in their heads and in photo rolls. When a senior tech was away, that history was away too.

Maintenance visits promised in service contracts were tracked in a spreadsheet nobody was accountable for; misses surfaced only when a customer's machine went down. Invoices went out weeks after the work, assembled from memory.

What changed

Maintenance visits are generated instead of remembered — the schedule exists before anyone thinks of it. A new technician opens a machine's record and sees ten visits of history instead of starting cold.

Billing follows the work in the same week, assembled from what the technician actually logged instead of from memory.
