Dispatch by group chat, machine history by memory, contract maintenance by hope. Now every machine has a record, maintenance generates itself from contracts, and invoices follow the work.

Per-project costs lived in one person's Excel, purchases in WhatsApp threads. Now budgets, purchase orders and committed-vs-spent are live per project — and the whole system runs in Spanish, because that's the language the crew works in.

Production planned from orders, not from a feeling
Production ran off a weekly sales spreadsheet; price lists were versioned by email; inventory was counted monthly and always wrong. Now production plans from open orders, and the price list is one link that's always current.
