Coppervane Hospitality runs three restaurants across Vancouver — a 60-seat dining room in Gastown, an all-day café on Main, and a counter-service spot in Mount Pleasant — plus the commissary kitchen that preps for all three and a catering arm that books private events.

Five operations, one set of books. Without a system, that means five spreadsheets, three delivery tablets on the pass, and an accountant chasing invoices at month-end.

The demo loads Coppervane on Telaia Restaurant OS with a year of sample data: invoices, delivery orders, reservations, reviews. One flat subscription covers every location — which is the point.

One shared world

The demo companies share one small economy: Alderfield keeps Coppervane's espresso machines running, and the plates on its tables come from Thornwick. Open those demos and you'll find the other side of the paperwork.

What to click first

    Switch locations in the top bar and watch every number on the Today screen change.

    Open the Skip payout sitting in Needs attention — the weekly import flagged a deposit that doesn't match the orders.
