Sample data

This company is fictional. Every name, number and document in the demo is invented sample data — you'll see the same fiction badge inside the demo itself.

Grupo Sillar builds in Mexico: four active obras — residential and light commercial — each with its own crews, suppliers and budget. The whole company works in Spanish, so its system does too.

Construction software tends to assume English and a head office. Sillar needed the opposite: Spanish first, site first — costs, progress and reports where the work happens, not where the desk is.

This one isn't a product. It's a Studio build: a system shaped around how Sillar actually runs, which is exactly the kind of work the Studio takes on.

What to click first

  1. 01

Open an obra and see its budget, spend and progress on one screen.

  2. 02

Note the language: the system is Spanish-first, with English second — not the other way around.

  3. 03

Skim the weekly site report — written for a foreman's phone, not a head-office desktop.

Behind this demo

A Studio build

We build systems like this. Most of your system already exists — Sillar's obra tracking is the part that was theirs alone.
