The problem

The week this replaces

The deal lives in your inbox

Offers, amendments and subject removals sit in email threads. Nothing in that pile tells you which deadline is closest.

Every market has different rules

BC, Washington and Mexico each require different disclosures at different moments, and the checklist lives in somebody's head.

Listing media is a second job

Photos, floor plans and copy get re-cut and re-typed for every portal you post to.

Commission math happens last

Splits get reconstructed after closing, when knowing the number at the offer is what would have helped.

What's inside

Five core modules

Listings

Listings, media library, floor plans and portal-ready copy written for the market you're posting to.

Clients & leads

Contacts, buyer profiles and saved searches that match new inventory on their own, with routing rules deciding who picks it up.

Deals

Transactions with gates: a stage stays shut until the document and disclosure that market requires actually exist.

Showings

A showings calendar, open-house sign-ins and the feedback attached back to the listing it came from.

Compliance

Per-market rule packs, consent records, privacy notices, and data-subject requests handled as first-class objects.

Premium adds four more

Media & staging AI

Virtual staging and edit history kept against the original, so what was changed is never a guess.

Commissions & net sheets

Split plans and seller net sheets computed at the offer, not after the closing.

Marketing & social AI

Listing campaigns drafted for approval — nothing posts without you.

Market intel

Comparables and absorption for the markets you actually work.

Markets

A market is a rule pack, not a setting.

Most software localises the language and leaves the law to you. The disclosure a market demands, the moment it's demanded, and the rights a client can exercise afterwards are modelled per market — which is why adding one is configuration rather than a rebuild.

Working somewhere else? A new market is a rule pack. Ask, and we'll tell you honestly how long yours takes.

Try it

Poke around two brokerages

Harbourline Realty is a fictional brokerage working Greater Vancouver and Washington in English. Casa Norte works Mexico City and Jalisco in Spanish. Both run inside the actual product on realistic inventory — listings, showings, live deals mid-flight.

No form. No email. Click and you're inside.

Demo inventory is fixture data, not a live board feed — real feeds are wired per market during onboarding.

Pricing

The same weave as everything else

Realtor OS isn't a separate price list. The realtor modules are threads in the same configurator, so Core is the six-credit base and Premium is the twelve-credit preset.

Realtor Core

The five core modules — listings, clients, deals, showings, compliance.

$499/mo

Realtor Premium

Core plus media & staging AI, commissions, marketing AI and market intel.

Month to month, no minimum term, cancel on 30 days' notice.

Questions we actually get

Which markets does it cover today?

Greater Vancouver, Washington, Mexico City and Jalisco. A market is a rule pack rather than a fork of the product, so a new one is configuration — ask and we'll give you a real timeline for yours.

Is it connected to my board's MLS feed?

Not in the demo — that inventory is fixture data, and we say so rather than let you assume otherwise. Live feeds are wired per market during onboarding, and we'll tell you exactly what your board permits before you sign anything.

Does it work in Spanish?

The whole product, not a translated shell. The Casa Norte demo runs in Spanish end to end, including the Mexican data-rights flows.

I'm a solo agent — is this too much?

Core is sized for one agent working a market or two. The brokerage roll-up is a Premium thread, so you're not paying for a structure you don't have.

Who owns the data?

You do. Every table exports to CSV from inside the app, any time, without asking us.

See it with your own market on the screen.

A thirty-minute call. Bring the markets you work and the deals you have open; we'll put them through the product.
